THE ROADSIDE MEMORIAL PROJECT

Motor vehicle tragedies are the number one killer of youth in BC. In BC alone, 10,328 youths were injured and 77 youths were killed in car crashes last year (ICBC, 2002). This project was originally a mobile photography exhibit of roadside memorials found at fatal motor vehicle crash sites throughout the Surrey area.
