A statement from Tina's Mother:

Two youth in a stolen vehicle with no license were racing to evade police. The youth blew through a stop sign and collided with a 1999 Expedition. Tina Burbank died. Tina's Grandmother and Grandfather had serious injuries including a punctured lung, broken ribs, broken leg, and several hundred stitches. Tina's mother, Chrissy, and her brother, Erik, suffered lesser injuries. That fatal night will be remembered every minute of every day. The mental agony and anguish for all the survivors who saw Tina take her last few breaths on this earth will be etched in our minds forever. Innocent peoples lives changed forever, for a lousy joyride!!
